Relias Celebrates Third Year on Seramount’s 100 Best Companies List

Commitment to inclusive benefits and employee well-being continues to set the company apart

Relias, the trusted education and workforce enablement partner to 12,000 healthcare and human services organizations and 4.5 million caregivers, today announced its selection for the third consecutive year as one of Seramount’s 100 Best Companies for working parents.

The annual award highlights companies who demonstrate dedication to providing inclusive benefits for families, supporting employees in achieving work-life balance, and increased mental health benefits for employees.

As part of this honor, two Relias employees were recognized as “Working Parents of the Year.” Megan Hairston, Director, Revenue Technology, and Cory Harrison, Renewal Manager, stood out for exemplifying the dedication and resilience that contributes to Relias’ success. Balancing their professional responsibilities with their roles as parents, both employees set a standard of excellence that motivates and inspires colleagues.

“Megan and Cory truly deserve this recognition — it’s easy to see the positive impact they’ve had on their teams and on the company at large,” said Tina Krebs, Chief People Officer, Relias. “It’s an honor for Relias to be named in the 100 Best Companies for a third year in a row, as it rewards our continuous efforts in creating a supportive environment for not only working parents, but all employees. When our employees thrive, our company thrives, and we’re committed to providing the resources and flexibility every employee needs to succeed both professionally and personally.”

Seramount shared the companies chosen were evaluated based on a rigorous process which includes answering more than 200 questions related to leave policies, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, flexibility, and more. The comprehensive survey assesses the availability and usage of these programs, as well as the accountability of the managers who oversee them.

“Our 100 Best Companies have been setting the standard on what is considered an inclusive workplace for parents and caregivers for over 40 years,” said Subha V. Barry, President of Seramount. “Thanks to their dedication, benefits that were considered progressive are now considered the norm, like offering bereavement leave after a miscarriage. The mental welfare of employees continues to be a priority and we are thrilled to see almost 100% of companies offering support in this area.”
